室温非有机体系中HKUST-1的快速制备及对活性蓝194的吸附 被引量:2

摘要 以均苯三甲酸铵与硝酸铜为反应物,在室温非有机体系中快速制备了配位聚合物材料HKUST-1。通过粉末XRD、SEM、氮气吸附对样品的物相、形貌和比表面积进行了表征。结果表明,制备的HKUST-1为微米颗粒,BET比表面积为1246 m^2·g^-1。本工作考察了HKUST-1对水溶液中活性蓝194的去除效果,探讨了吸附剂加入量、pH值、初始浓度及反应时间对吸附性能的影响,并对吸附剂进行了再生实验。结果表明,HKUST-1对活性蓝194具有较高的吸附能力,室温下60 min内可达到吸附平衡,对染料的去除率达到95.7%。吸附等温线拟合结果较好地符合Langmuir模型,动力学研究结果表明吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。HKUST-1良好的吸附性能、简便的合成方法及可再生性使其有望成为去除废水中染料分子的高效吸附剂。 Coordination polymer material HKUST-1 was synthesized rapidly specific at room temperature by mixing Cu(NO3)2 and ammonium salt of H3 BTC in aqueous system.The phase composition,morphology and specific surface areas were characterized by powder XRD,SEM and N2 sorption.The results indicated that the HKUST-1 samples were phase-pure micro particles with BET surface areas of 1246 m^2·g^-1.The adsorbent activities of the samples were evaluated for the removal of reactive blue 194 from waste water.The influences of adsorbent amount,pH va-lue,initial concentration,reaction time and regeneration of spent adsorbent were investigated.The results suggested that the as-synthesized HKUST-1 exhibited good adsorption property for reactive blue 194.The adsorption process could reach equilibrium in 60 min at room temperature and the removal rate was 95.7%.The adsorption isotherm model accorded with the Langmuir isotherm model and the kinetic analysis revealed that the adsorption process was well-matched with the pseudo-second-order model.The as-synthesized HKUST-1 material could be a promising adsorbent for dyes removal from waste water for its excellent performance,simple synthesis process and easy regeneration.
