用党的初心校准改革开放的实践

Adjusting the Practice of the Reform and Opening up in terms of the Original Aspiration of the Party

党的十八大以来,党中央用党的初心不断校准改革开放的实践,凡是符合初心的就坚持就发展,凡是不符合初心的就调整就纠正。所谓党的初心,概括起来就是习近平总书记经常讲的,坚定对社会主义、共产主义的信念和对马克思主义的信仰,为中国人民谋幸福和为中华民族谋复兴,全心全意为人民服务和永远不脱离群众、不漠视群众疾苦。所谓用党的初心校准改革开放的实践,就是要用以上三条标准衡量和检验改革开放的实践。其中包括:改革开放有无方向和应当以什么为方向,经济体制改革要不要坚持社会主义基本经济制度,政治体制改革要不要坚持社会主义基本政治制度,以正面宣传为主要不要积极开展意识形态领域斗争,新时期还要不要革命,等等。只要我们沿着习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指明的方向继续前进,体现党的初心、更加受到人民群众欢迎的改革开放新天地就一定会呈现在世人面前。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Central Committee of the Party has constantly adjusted the practice of the reform and opening up in terms of the original aspiration of the Party.All the practices that accord with the Party s original aspiration we should adhere to and develop,and we should adjust and correct them otherwise.The so-called Party s original aspiration is what General Secretary Xi Jinping often says,to adhere to the belief of socialism,communism and Marxism,to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation,to serve the people wholeheartedly,never to isolate oneself from the people,and never to ignore the people s sufferings.The so-called adjusting the practice of the reform and opening up in terms of the original aspiration is to evaluate and check the practice of the reform and opening up according to the criterions above,which includes whether the reform and opening up have a direction and what kind of direction they should take,whether the reform of the economic system sticks to the basic socialist economic system,whether the reform of the political system insists in the basic socialist political system,whether we take active actions in the ideological struggle while publicizing positively as the main method,whether we need a revolution in the new era,etc.As long as we move on along the direction pointed out by Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,can we embody the Party s original aspiration and open up the new field of reform and opening up more popular among the people.
