论美国对华“贸易战”的本质——基于《帝国主义论》视角

The Essence of the “Trade War” Waged by US against China-Based on the Perspective of On Imperialism

本文从列宁《帝国主义论》的视角对美国对华“贸易战”的本质进行了马克思主义政治经济学分析。我们认为,冷战结束后的美国仍然具有帝国主义的生产集中和垄断、金融寡头控制、资本输出、形成国际垄断同盟以及瓜分与重新瓜分世界等五个基本特征。美国基本上还是列宁所指的帝国主义国家。中国的崛起影响了美国在世界商品市场和金融市场中的垄断地位,因此,美国对中国进行遏制和打击也就成为必然。“贸易战”就是美国当前对华采取的遏制和打击手段。因此美国对华“贸易战”的本质是维护其垄断地位。不过,当前世界仍处在从资本主义向社会主义过渡的大时代,虽然帝国主义依然具有强大实力,但是其寄生性和腐朽性决定了帝国主义必然走向衰败,美国对华“贸易战”也终将以失败告终。

This paper makes a Marxist political economy analysis on the essence of the"Trade War"Waged by US against China from the perspective of Lenin's On Imperialism.We conclude that,after the Cold War US still has five basic characteristics of imperialism:production concentration and monopoly,financially oligarchic control,capital export,forming international monopoly alliances,as well as dividing up and re-dividing up the world.Basically,US is still an imperialist state that Lenin has defined.In the past decades,the rise of China has decreased the US monopolized profits in the world commodity and financial markets through hegem,ony.Therefore,it is inevitable for US to suppress China.The “ Trade War”is the means of suppression a-dopted by US.Therefore,the essence of“Trade War”Waged by US against China is to maintain the high profits of monopoly.In the times of transition from capitalism to socialism,although imperialism still has strong power and will continue to contend against its destiny-socialism,the parasitism and decadent nature of imperialism determines that it will inevitably fall into decay.So the“Trade War”Waged by US against China will eventually end in failure as well.
