中国高质量发展的测度及省际现状的分析比较

Measurement of China's High-quality Development and Analysis of Provincial Status

研究目标:测度并分析2001~2017年中国各省份高质量发展水平。研究方法:纵横向拉开档次法、定基功效系数法、核密度估计、Markov转移概率矩阵、泰尔指数、莫兰指数、莫兰散点图、σ收敛模型、收敛模型。研究发现:2001~β2017年,中国高质量发展指数以1.60%的年均增长率稳步提升,但等级跃迁难度较大,各省份之间高质量发展指数差异有所减小,且表现出空间正向集聚的特征,高质量发展指数不存在σ收敛,但存在β收敛,2012年以后中国经济发展开始逐步转为“质量型”导向。研究创新:依据“四高一好”的衡量标准构建指标体系,从时间、空间、区域等维度对高质量发展指数深入分析。研究价值:有助于更加客观全面地了解中国经济的真实发展状况,为进一步推动中国经济高质量发展提供依据。

Research Objectives:This paper measures and analyzes the high-quality development level of China's provinces from 2001 to 2017.Research Methods:This paper uses vertical and horizontal scatter degree method,fixed base efficacy coefficient method.kernel density estimation.Markov transition probability matrix.Theil jndex.Moran's Index.Moran scatterplot,σ convergence model.and βconvergence model.Research Findings:From 2001 to 2017,China's high-quality development index increases steadily with an average annual growth rate of 1.60%,but the grade transition is difficult.At the same time,the difference of China's high-quality development index decreases and shows the characteristics of positive spatial agglomeration.There is no σ convergence in the high-quality development index,but there is β convergence.Since 2012.China's economic development has gradually turned to Equality oriented".Research Innovations:This paper builds a high-quality development in dex according to the measurement standard of"four highs and one good",and analysis the high-quality development index in-depth from the dimensions of time,space and region?Re search Vallie:This paper is helpful to understand the real development status of China's e-conomy more objectively and comprehensively,and provides foundations for further promo ting the high-quality development of China's economy。
