The Measurement,Spatial Interaction and Influencing Factors of Service Market Segmentation in China

摘要 研究目标:对中国服务品市场分割进行测度,并对其空间互动效应及影响因素进行考察。研究方法:采用价格指数法测度中国地区间服务品市场分割指数,运用空间计量模型分析服务品市场分割的空间效应及影响因素。研究发现:2004~2017年,中国服务品市场分割指数呈现下降趋势,且具有明显的地区差异性。服务品市场分割存在显著的空间互动效应,“以邻为壑”的现象在服务品市场长期存在。政府干预度、服务业外商直接投资显著加剧了服务品市场分割,财政分权、基础设施显著降低了服务品市场分割程度,贸易开放与服务品市场分割呈现“U”形关系。服务品市场分割的空间互动及影响因素存在鲜明的时空异质性特征。研究创新:对中国服务品市场分割指数进行测度,并分析其空间效应及影响因素。研究价值:揭示中国服务品市场分割的地区差异、空间互动效应及影响因素,为推进服务品市场一体化与服务业高质量发展提供参考。 Research Objectives:This paper is to measure the service markct segmentation in China,and to examine its spatial interaction effects and influencing factors.Research Methods:U-sing the price index method to measure the inter-regional service market segmentation in Chi na,meanwhile using the spatial panel model to analyze the spatial effects and influencing factors of service market segmentation.Research Findings:The service market segmentation index in China from 2004 to 2017 shows a downward trend and demonstrates obvious regional differences.There are significant spatial interaction effects in service market segmentation,and the phenomenon of beggar-thy-neighbor has long existed in China's service market.Gov ernment intervention and service FDI have significantly increased the degree of service mar ket segmentation;fiscal decentralization and infrastructure have significantly reduced the service market segmentation;while trade openness and service market segmentation shows a U-shaped relationship.The spatial interaction and influencing factors of service markct seg mentation demonstrate obvious spatial and temporal heterogeneities.Research Innovations:For the first time,the service market segmentation in China was measured?and its spatial effects and influencing factors were analyzed.Research Value:This paper attempts to reveal the regional differences,spatial effects and influencing factors of the service markct segmen tation in China,and to provide policy references for promoting the service market integration and high-quality development of service industry in China.
