摘要
目的:设计一个基于“互联网+”的全流程智慧住院系统,对传统住院方式进行改革,打造全流程“智慧住院”模式,形成合理的闭环管理体系,为住院患者提供智能化、便捷化服务。方法:采用SQL Server 2008 R2数据库,使用Java、Swift等编程语言,搭建浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,实现包括入院管理(事前入院数据准备阶段)、在院管理(事中在院治疗阶段)和出院管理(事后出院信息处理、查询及沟通阶段)3个模块的基于“互联网+”的全流程智慧住院系统。使用防火墙、网闸、专线等方式,安全打通内网与外网数据的传输通道,同时设置DMZ(demilitarized zone)内外网缓冲区保护院内网络安全,通过银行专线与银联之间进行数据交换。结果:基于“互联网+”的全流程智慧住院系统有效解决了患者办理住院时的排队、等候现象,实现了分流管理的目标,打通了医院各分散系统、模块之间的壁垒,使信息高度共享。结论:基于“互联网+”的全流程智慧住院系统节约了患者的时间成本,提高了就医体验与医疗服务质量,值得向其他医疗机构推广。
Objective To design a whole process smart hospitalization system based on Internet+to reform the traditional hospitalization mode,create the whole process of"smart hospitalization"mode,and form a reasonable closed loop management system to provide intelligent and convenient service for inpatients.Methods The system was realized by SQL Server 2008 R2 database,Java and Swift programming languages as well as B/S architecture,which involved in three modules of admission management for preadmission data preparation,inpatient management for hospital treatment and discharge management for discharge information procession,inquiry and communication.By using firewall,gateway,special line and other methods,the data transmission between internal network and external network was executed safely,and DMZ(demilitarized zone)internal and external network buffer zone was set to implement intranet security between bank special line and UnionPay.Results The hospitalization system based on Internet+shortened the waiting time for hospitalization,and realized shunting management and information sharing between hospital sub-systems and modules.Conclusion The hospita-lization system developed saves the patient's time while improves the hospital experience and medical service quality,and thus is worthy promoting in other medical institutions.
