摘要
2019年是中华人民共和国成立70周年,也是习近平主席提出总体国家安全观和可持续安全观5周年。世界迎来百年未有之大变局。值此重要历史时刻,回眸百年前俄国“十月革命”以来人类社会经历的曲折道路,立足当前,展望未来30年,重点从理论与实际相结合的角度,探讨当今世界大变局与大时代现阶段的特征、当今世界主题内涵与外延的深刻变化、中国国家安全面临主要外部风险挑战与可持续安全之道。
2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 5th anniversary of President Xi Jinping’s proposal of an overall national security concept and a sustainable security concept.The world is facing unprecedented changes in 100 years.At this important historical moment,this paper looks back on the tortuous road of human society since the“October Revolution”in Russia a hundred years ago,and looks forward to the next 30 years based on the present.Combining theory with practice,this paper also discusses the characteristics of the great changes in the world and the present stage of the great era,the profound changes in the connotation and extension of the world theme,the major external risks and challenges China’s national security face,and the way to sustainable security.
