对设计船舶应急压缩空气系统的目的,以及快关阀、百叶窗和防火风闸的作用进行分析。通过介绍某集装箱船应急压缩空气系统的气动快关阀、气动百叶窗和气动电磁阀的工作原理,分析该系统的设计缺陷。以烟囱气动百叶窗为例,分析各种修改方案的可行性和局限性,给出适用于该系统的最优修改方案,为同船型应急压缩空气系统的设计和相关设备的选择提供参考。

The purpose of ship emergency compressed air system and the function of quick closing valve,shutter and fire damper are introduced.The working principle of pneumatic quick closing valve,pneumatic louver and pneumatic solenoid valve in the emergency compressed air system of a container ship is analyzed and the design defects of the system are defined.The engine room pneumatic louver is particularly studied,analyzing the feasibility and limitation of a few improvement schemes and recommending the best one.
