摘要
为考察某金属冶炼企业场地的环境污染状况,对其厂区及周边环境开展场地环境调查工作,包括对采集的土壤、地表固体废弃物、地下水和地表水样品进行pH、重金属、挥发性有机物、半挥发性有机物和石油烃等指标的检测。结果表明:土壤和地表固体废弃物样品中钒、铜、镍、锑、铅、镉、砷、钴和汞等9种重金属的含量均超过《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600—2018)第一类用地筛选值;周边地下水样品分析指标检出值低于《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848—2017)Ⅲ类标准或其他标准限值的要求;地表水样品检出值低于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)标准值或其他标准限值的要求。根据场地环境污染检测结果,该场地应进一步开展详细调查和健康风险评估工作,进一步框定风险范围和风险程度,为后续场地修复提供数据支持。
Samples collected Include Soil,Solid wastes,groundwater and Surface water and the tests cover measurement of pH value,heavy metal content,VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds),SVOCs(Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds),and petroleum hydrocarbon.The measurements showed that the nine heavy metals(vanadium,copper,nickel,antimony,lead,cadmium,arsenic,cobalt,mercury)detectable concentrations were higher than the screening criteria for the first class land specified in the Standard for Soil Pollution Risk Management and Control of Construction Land(GB 36600—2018),while those in surrounding groundwater samples were lower than Class III specified in the Quality Standard for ground water(GB/T 14848—2017)(other requirements for Class III water are also satisfied);and for surface water samples were lower than the limit specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)or other relevant standard limits.The preliminary investigation suggests the necessity of detailed investigation.The health risk assessment is required to define the scope and extent of the risk and provide data support for subsequent site repair.
