摘要
以金线莲植株为材料,采用蒽酮硫酸法测定不同种源、栽培模式、栽培时间及不同组织的多糖含量.结果表明:不同栽培模式下,金线莲多糖含量的大小为:阔叶林林下栽培苗>繁殖瓶苗>大棚栽培苗,以林下栽培3个月的多糖含量最高;不同栽培时间金线莲各组织的多糖含量不同,处于蕾期、花期的金线莲,其根部的多糖含量最高,其他时期则以茎、叶的多糖含量高;栽培3个月时,多倍体金线莲的多糖含量为6.12%,水培金线莲的多糖含量达13.26%.多倍体和水培金线莲可用于多糖的提取与开发应用.
Polysaccharide levels in different tissues of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.from various provenances and cultivation patterns were determined at different developmental stages by anthranonesulfuric acid method.The results showed that understory planting was the best cultivation pattern for polysaccharide accumulation,reaching the highest level in the 3rd month,which was followed by bottle seedling and then greenhouse cultivation.Polysaccharide contents varied among different ages of tissues.During bud to florescence stage,polysaccharide content peaked in the root,other than that,it stayed the richest in cauline leaf at other developmental stages.Maximum polysaccharide contents also varied among different cultivation modes,which was 6.12%and 13.26%in polyploidy and hydroponic A.roxburghii respectively in the 3rd month.Therefore,polyploidy and hydroponic A.roxburghii are more recommended for the research and development of polysaccharide.
