齿轮齿条传动系统对推焦装置振动特性的影响研究

摘要 针对焦炉推焦装置工作过程中经常发生振动的问题,对齿轮齿条传动系统引起推焦装置发生振动的机理进行了研究。提出了一种将有限元仿真与试验分析相结合的方法;利用有限元仿真的方法对推焦装置进行了模态分析,提取了自由模态和约束模态的低阶振型图;利用现场采集的试验数据进行了时频分析,计算了齿轮齿条传动系统中齿轮的转频及齿轮齿条的啮合频率,对比了模态分析结果与齿轮齿条传动系统的特征频率。研究结果表明:齿轮齿条的啮合传动和齿轮的转动都会导致推焦装置发生明显的振动;改变齿轮的齿数和调整电动机的工作频率能够有效降低推焦装置发生振动的可能。 Aiming at the problem of frequent vibration in the working process of coke oven pushing device,the mechanism of vibration of coke pushing device caused by gear and rack transmission system was investigated in this paper.A method combining finite element simulation with experimental analysis was proposed.The modal analysis of the coke pushing device was carried out by using the finite element simulation method,the low order modes of free mode and constrained mode were extracted,the time-frequency analysis was carried out by using the ex-perimental data collected in the field,the rotation frequency of the gear and the meshing frequency of the gear and rack were calculated in the gear and rack transmission system.The modal analysis results were compared with the characteristic frequencies of the gear and rack trans-mission system.The results indicate that the meshing transmission of gear and rack and the rotation of gear will lead to obvious vibration of coke pushing device.Changing the number of teeth of the gear and adjusting the operating frequency of the motor can effectively reduce the possibility of vibration of the coke pushing device.
