铠装材料和结构参数对500kV交流海缆载流量影响分析

摘要 本文结合500 kV交流海缆工程,分析了圆铜丝、镀锌钢丝和不锈钢丝3种不同的铠装层材料和铠装单丝直径变化对海缆线路载流量的影响,在计算范围内,采用铜丝铠装时海缆载流量最高,镀锌钢丝铠装海缆次之,不锈钢丝铠装海缆载流量最低。当铠装单丝直径增大时,采用不同铠装材料的海底电缆载流量都呈现上升的趋势。 Based on the 500 kV AC submarine cable project,this paper analyzes the influence of three different armouring materials,namely round copper wire,galvanized steel wire and stainless steel wire,and the diameter change of armouring single wire on the current carrying capacity of submarine cable.In the calculation range,the current carrying capacity of submarine cable with copper wire armouring is the highest,that with zinc plated steel wire armouring is the second,and that with stainless steel wire armouring is the lowest.When the diameter of armour single wire increases,the current carrying capacity of submarine cable with different armour materials shows an upward trend.
