近些年我国高压输电规模快速扩大,高压输电线路的新建、改扩及运维作业工作量剧增。高压输电线路施工作业的风险分析与管控对于提升电网的稳定性、可靠性以及运营的经济性具有重要意义。本文分析了高压输电线路施工作业中的风险种类,具有针对性地采取相关的改进措施,从施工实际出发提出安全技术方案,从安全的角度出发采取预防措施,进行安全风险分析,制定切实有效的风险管理措施,做到事前重视预防,从而保证施工作业中不会有安全事故的发生,提升高压输电线路施工质量和效率。

In recent years,the scale of high-voltage transmission in China has expanded rapidly,and the workload of new construction,transformation and expansion of high-voltage transmission lines and operation and maintenance work has increased dramatically.The risk analysis and management of high-voltage transmission line construction is of great signifi cance to improve the stability,reliability and operation economy of power grid.This paper analyzes the types of risks in the construction of high-voltage transmission lines,takes relevant improvement measures,puts forward safety technical scheme from the construction reality,takes preventive measures from the perspective of safety,carries out safety risk analysis,formulates effective risk management measures,pays attention to prevention in advance,so as to ensure that there will be no safety in the construction The occurrence of all accidents will improve the construction quality and effi ciency of high-voltage transmission lines.
