浅析智能语音机器人在电费催缴中的应用

摘要 近些年来,供电企业采用更加智能、覆盖面更加广泛的计量系统对电能进行计量。同时,随着大数据、物联网、云计算等高科技的不断发展,这对电能的营销也是一个全新的挑战。如何不断地提升营销业务的管理水平,进而推进企业的优质服务,这将是未来营销部门面临的一个难题。通过采用智能语音机器人对电费进行催缴,能够及时地提醒用电客户缴纳电费,不断提高自身服务水平和服务质量,供电企业的资源利用效率也将最大化,营销工作的效率也就会不断攀升。 In recent years,power supply companies have used smarter,more extensive measurement systems to measure electrical energy.At the same time,with the continuous development of high-tech such as big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing,etc.,this marketing of electric energy is also a new challenge.Then,how to continuously improve the management level of the marketing business,and then continuously promote the quality service of the enterprise,this will be a diffi cult problem for the marketing department in the future.The electricity fee is collected by using a smart voice robot.It can promptly remind the electricity customers to deal with the electricity bill,and constantly improve their service level and service quality.Then the resource utilization effi ciency of the power supply enterprise will be maximized,and the effi ciency of marketing work will continue to rise.
