供电企业要想创造更多经济效益,那么提高配网的管理效率就是配网管理的主要目标,而且要想提升配网维护的安全和运行水平,就需要相关人员对专业的科学技术、先进的管理方法要牢靠掌握。“十三五”以来,配电网建设规模持续扩大,因此对其工程管理提出了更高、更新的要求。做好配网规划全过程管理,这样不仅可以提升规划效率,还可以提升投资效率,特别是通过合理的电力需求预测,优化编制区域内计划停电时间,合理安排配网项目时序选取工作及人员安排计划,严格把控项目质量,可以确保配网安全、稳定、经济的运行。

In order to create economic benefits for power supply enterprises,improving the efficiency of management is the main purpose of distribution network management,and to improve the safety of distribution network maintenance and the operation level of distribution network,it is necessary for relevant personnel to master the professional technology and advanced management methods.Since the 13th fi ve year plan,the State Grid Corporation of China has been continuously increasing the scale of distribution network construction,so it puts forward higher and newer requirements for its project management.Through research,it is concluded that the whole process management of distribution network planning can not only improve the planning effi ciency,but also improve the investment effi ciency,especially through reasonable power demand forecast,optimize the preparation of planned outage time in the region,reasonably arrange the timing selection of distribution network projects and personnel arrangement plan,strictly control the project quality,and ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of distribution network.
