Management of Wind Power Project in Feasibility Study Stage

电力建设在项目前期开发过程中,必不可少的环节是要对项目的可行性进行分析和研究,对项目的资源情况、地质、场址选择、环境保护、财务评价等各个方面进行全面的评估,在风电项目开发过程中亦是如此。本文主要分析了风电项目可行性研究包含的内容,对现阶段风电项目可行性研究存在的问题进行剖析,并对风电项目在可行性研究阶段的管理措施进行总结,以提高风电项目前期开发阶段管理的有效性。

In the early development process of the project,the essential link is to analyze and study the feasibility of the project,comprehensively evaluate the resource situation,geology,site selection,environmental protection,fi nancial evaluation and other aspects of the project,as well as in the development process of the wind power project.This paper mainly analyzes the contents of the feasibility study in the wind power project,analyzes the problems existing in the feasibility study of the wind power project at the present stage,and summarizes the management measures of the wind power project in the feasibility study stage,so as to improve the effectiveness of the management in the early development stage of the wind power project.
