浅谈县级供电企业配电网运营监测管理指标体系研究与应用

近年来,随着社会经济的飞速发展及新电力体制改革的持续推进,引发用电结构的调整及用电需求的多元化、个性化和智能化,反映为市场客户的用电需求越发复杂多变,由此给电力企业供电服务提出了更高的要求。配电网作为连接用户侧的核心基础设施,保障其安全、稳定、高效的运行是提升供电服务水平的重要环节。因此,为了加快、加强配电网的建设,进一步提升配电网的运营管理水平,国网浙江平阳县供电有限责任公司基于实际业务出发,综合考虑配电网运营效率、供电质量、供电能力、运行状况等多方面,构建了科学实用的配电网运营监测管理指标体系,并基于此指标体系开展县级供电企业配电网运营综合量化评估,为推动县级供电企业配电网规划工作的高效开展提供辅助决策。

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous promotion of new power system reform,the adjustment of power consumption structure and the diversifi cation,individuation and intellectualization of power consumption demand are caused,which refl ect that the power demand of market customers is more and more complex and changeable,which puts forward higher requirements for power supply services of power enterprises.As the core infrastructure connecting the user side,the distribution network,To ensure its safe,stable and effi cient operation is an important link to improve the service level of power supply.Therefore,in order to speed up and strengthen the construction of distribution network and further improve the operation and management level of distribution network,State Grid Zhejiang Pingyang power supply Co.,Ltd.based on the actual business,comprehensively considers the operation effi ciency,power supply quality,power supply capacity,operation status and other aspects of distribution network A scientifi c and practical index system of distribution network operation monitoring management is established,and based on this index system,the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of distribution network operation of county-level power supply enterprises is carried out,which provides auxiliary decision-making for promoting the effi cient development of distribution network planning of county-level power supply enterprises.
