电力工程EPC总承包管理模式探究

随着时代的发展,技术人员在电力工程的施工活动中,一般不选用有诸多弊端的传统技术开始工作,而是选用更加先进的技术。在使用电力工程EPC总承包管理模式时,技术人员应当优化使用,并且控制其中产生的新的风险,进而不断改善其管理模式。电力建设项目管理工作是一项系统性比较强的工作,该工作包括电力系统中的多个过程,操作过程都比较困难。根据EPC总承包管理的模式进行了分析研究,提出了几种可行的措施来提高电力工程施工的效果。

With the development of the times,in the construction activities of electric power engineering,technicians generally do not use traditional technologies with many drawbacks to start work,but use more advanced technology.When using the power engineering EPC general contracting management model,the technician should optimize the use and control the new risks generated thereby,and continuously improve its management mode.The power construction project management work is a systematic and relatively strong work,which involves multiple processes in the power system,and the operation process is more diffi cult.According to the model of EPC general contract management,the paper analyzes and studies several feasible measures to improve the effect of power engineering construction.
