摘要
从杂散光抑制与体积压缩的需求出发,设计出具备二次成像、实出瞳的紧凑型离轴三反光学系统。给出了一种二次成像离轴三反光学系统的初始结构搭建思路,并运用自由曲面优化系统,依据该方法设计出了焦距130 mm、F数1.3、线视场5°×0.1°的离轴三反光学系统。系统成像质量接近衍射极限,具有二次成像和实出瞳的杂光抑制特性,理论上可以实现100%冷光阑效率,具有超小F数1.3的紧凑型特点,可用于航空航天探测等对杂光抑制要求较高的军事领域。
In needs of stray light suppressing and system volume compression a compact system of off-axis three-mirror structure with secondary imaging and real exit pupil is designed.A method of constructing the initial structure of the off-axis three-mirror optical system with secondary imaging is given.The optical system is optimized with freeform surfaces based on the initial structure and the off-axis three-mirror optical system with the focal length of 130 mm F-number of 1.3 the linear FOV of 5°×0.1°is designed.The system imaging quality is close to the diffraction limit the system has the characteristics of stray light suppressing with secondary imaging and real exit pupil and the 100%cold stop efficiency can be realized theoretically.The system is compact with the super-little F-number of 1.3 and can be applied to such military fields as aviation and aerospace detection where there are high demands of stray light suppressing.
