摘要
采用超滤-反渗透-纳滤技术对含氰废水回用进行了运行追踪,并采用高浓度废水进行了反渗透膜污染的研究。结果表明,该工艺运行90 d无任何异常,出水达到企业用水标准。反渗透膜片的AAS,FEIR,SEM-EDS,TOC等的结构表征结果显示,CdCO3和CaCO3是造成反渗透系统污染的主要原因。因此,为防止反渗透膜在含氰废水处理过程中产生污染现象,需要定时清洗膜组件,同时舍弃自来水的使用,从源头上解决金属Ca的引入,解决反渗透膜污染问题。
Ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis-concentration technology was used to track the reuse of cyanide-containing waste-water,and the fouling of reverse osmosis membrane with high concentration waste-water was studied.The results show that there is no abnormality in the 90 days operation of the process,and the effluent meets the enterprise water standard.The structure characterization results of AAS,FEIR,SEM-EDS and TOC of RO membrane show that CdCO3 and CaCO3 are the main causes of fouling in RO system.Therefore,in order to prevent the fouling of RO membranes in the treatment of cyanide-containing waste-water,it is necessary to regularly clean the membrane components,abandon the use of tap water,and solve the problem of metal Ca introduction from the source to prevent the fouling of RO membranes.
