摘要
目的探讨对行无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者实施整体护理的效果。方法选择我院行无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者120例,均给予整体护理措施,观察其应用效果。结果 120例老年患者的护理满意度高达97.5%,并发症发生率为9.17%,所有患者的生命体征均比较平稳。结论对行无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者实施整体护理安全有效。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of holistic nursing measures on the elderly patients with painless gastroenterological endoscope,and to summarize the nursing experience. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected and they were given holistic nursing intervention. Results The nursing satisfaction of all elderly patients was as high as 97.5%,and the complication rate was only 9.17%. The vital signs of all the patients were relatively smooth. Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing measures on the elderly patients with painless gastroenterological endoscope was safe and effective.
