摘要 在工程教育认证的背景下,实践教学成为了重要的教学内容。以肇庆学院食品科学工程专业的葡萄酒生产工艺实践教学为研究对象,在原有状况的基础上研究了葡萄酒生产工艺实践教学的改革创新,包括教学内容的设计创新、教学方法的创新、校企合作的创新以及实践教学评价体系的创新等内容。通过改革与创新期望使学生的综合实践能力、创新思考能力得到改善,更能清楚的诠释学生是否具备工程教育认证所认可的核心竞争力。 In the context of engineering education certification,practical teaching has become an important teaching content.Taking the teaching of wine production technology in the food science engineering specialty of Zhaoqing University as the research object.On the basis of the original situation,the reform and innovation of the practice teaching of wine production technology was studied,including the design innovation of teaching content,the innovation of teaching methods,the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation,and the innovation of evaluation.Through the reform and innovation expectations,students’comprehensive practical ability and innovative thinking ability are improved,and it is more clear that students have the core competitiveness recognized by engineering education certification.
