摘要
建立液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)测定牛奶中氯霉素残留量的方法,该方法具有精密度较高、重现性较好、分离度高、样品预处理简便、试剂用量小和分析时间短等优点,线性回归方程为y=0.736097x+0.0074251,相关系数为0.999,RSD为1.89%~2.58%,适用于牛奶中氯霉素快速定性定量测定。
The method for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in milk by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was established,which has the advantages of high precision,good reproducibility,high separation,simple sample pretreatment,low reagent dosage,short analysis time,and so on.The linear regression equation is y=0.736097 x+0.0074251,the correlation coefficient is 0.999,and RSD is 1.89%~2.58%.It is completely suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of chloramphenicol in milk.
