铜管管径对翅片管式冷凝器性能和经济性的影响 被引量:5

Impact of copper tube diameter on performance and economics of finned-tube condenser

摘要 针对大型风冷式制冷机组的应用,分析铜管管径变化时翅片管式换热器换热面积、管侧容积、换热量和压降变化情况,并进行材料成本和单位换热量材料成本的比较。研究结果表明,在合理选择管列间距和管排间距的前提下,∅7.94 mm和∅7 mm的换热器都可以达到∅9.52 mm换热器的换热量,并实现约10%的成本节约。 Aiming at the application of large air-cooled refrigeration unit,the change of heat transfer area,tube volume,heating capacity and pressure drop for finned-tube heat exchanger with copper tube diameter are analyzed.The material cost and material cost per heating capacity are also compared.The study results show that on the condition of proper tube column spacing and row spacing,the heat exchanger with tube diameter of 7.94 mm and 7 mm can both realize similar heating capacity of the heat exchanger with tube diameter of 9.52 mm,and save material cost by 10%.
