摘要
本文采用控制变量的方法研究电子膨胀阀最优初始开度的相关影响因素;基于多组变量(室内环境温度、室外环境温度、压缩机运行频率)组合测试结果,确认最优初始开度与各参数之间存在相关拟合公式;最后通过分析多组温度组合工况下制冷系统的稳定时间和压底过热度,证明了多参数拟合初始开度的电子膨胀阀控制策略合理可靠。
This paper researched the relating factors of optimal initial opening in electronic expansion valve(EEV)by variable controlled method.Based on the experiment results done at couples of conditions whose variables(the indoor temperature,the outdoor temperature and the compressor operating frequency)changed in group,we could obtain the proper fitting function as below:P=A F operating frequency+B T outdoor temperature+C T indoor temperature+D.After all,the control strategy applying the function above was proved to be reasonable and reliable via analyzing the stable time of refrigerant system and superheat at the bottom of compressor in different conditions.
