摘要
针对取液方式对带经济器的螺杆式空气源热泵机组的影响进行理论分析和试验研究,并在不同应用环境下完成机组运行范围试验验证。结果表明:在名义制冷和名义制热工况下,上游取液方式的机组性能均略高于下游取液方式,补气量分别高8%和12%;经济器的应用可以增大系统的输出能力,但在高温制冷工况和低温制热工况下,需要对经济器侧电子膨胀阀的控制逻辑进行试验验证,以保证系统可靠运行。
The theoretical analysis and experimental study are conducted on the influence of flow way on performance of screw air source heat pump unit with economizer.The operation scopes of the unit are verified by tests under different application environment.The result shows under the rating cooling mode and rating heating mode,the unit performances with the up flow way are both a little higher than those of the unit with the down flow way,and the auxiliary flow rates of the unit with the up flow way are higher than those of the unit with the down flow way by 8%and 12%respectively.Besides,under the operation conditions of high-temperature cooling and low-temperature heating,the application of the economizer can increase the output capacity of the system,while the control logic of the electronic expansion valve for the economizer should be verified by tests,so as to make the unit operate reliably.
