摘要
用水性聚氨酯(WPU)和木屑、亚麻籽油、黄麻织物等可再生物质制备一种黄麻织物增强木屑/聚氨酯复合板。探究了WPU用量对复合材料密度、含水率、表面渗透性以及力学性能的影响,以及黄麻织物对复合板强度的影响。结果表明,随着WPU用量的增加,复合材料的密度和强度增加。考虑成本和性能的平衡,选择WPU质量分数54%、木屑36%、亚麻籽油6%以及松香4%。在不用黄麻织物增强时,复合板密度约为0.63 g/cm 3,拉伸强度约为0.22 MPa。在表面添加一层黄麻织物,使拉伸强度大幅度增加。对于上述配方,复合材料的拉伸强度达到0.46 MPa。
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)and renewable materials such as wood chips,linseed oil and jute fabrics were used to prepare a jute fabric enhanced polyurethane/wood chip composite board.The effect of WPU dosage on the density,moisture content,surface permeability,mechanical properties of composite floor were investigated.The effect of jute fabric on the strength of composite board was explored.The results showed that the density and tensile strength of the composite board increased when the dosage of WPU increased.To consider the balance of cost and properties,it was appropriate when the WPU dosage was 54%,wood chips was 36%,linseed oil was 6%,and rosin was 4%(in mass fraction)in the composite material formulation.The density of the composite was 0.63 g/cm 3 and tensile strength was 0.22 MPa when there was no jute fabric in the composite board.The tensile strength increased greatly after adding a layer of jute fabric.The tensile strength of the composite board reached 0.46 MPa based on above recipe.
