树脂基体对玻纤单向复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯(PU)树脂与环氧树脂(EP)分别制备了两种单向复合材料,通过动态接触角与纤维拔出法表征了玻纤与树脂的润湿性和界面强度,并研究了单向复合材料静态与动态力学性能。结果表明,与环氧树脂相比,聚氨酯树脂黏度低和表面张力小,与玻纤之间具有更低的动态接触角和更高的界面强度,使得PU/玻纤复合材料具有更优异的静态力学性能;但在动态测试下,与EP/玻纤复合材料相比,PU/玻纤复合材料具有较低的储能模量、较高的损耗模量和玻璃化转变温度。 Two kinds of unidirectional composites were prepared by using special polyurethane(PU)and epoxy(EP)resin for wind power respectively.The interfacial wetting and bonding strength between glass fiber and resin were characterized by dynamic contact angle and fiber pull-out method.The static and dynamic mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results showed that compared with epoxy,polyurethane had low viscosity and small surface tension,and lower dynamic contact angle and higher interfacial strength,which made polyurethane composites possess better static mechanical properties.But In the dynamic test,compared with EP/composites,PU/composites had low storage modulus,high loss modulus and glass transition temperature.
