聚氨酯喷涂HFO/水发泡体系用泡沫稳定剂的开发

Development of Foam Stabilizer for HFO/Water Blowing System of Spray PU Foam

针对聚氨酯硬泡新一代发泡剂氢氟烯烃(HFO),开发了与之匹配的泡沫稳定剂品种。综合实验室应用评价结果,开发的泡沫稳定剂应用于HFO-1336mzz(Z)与水混合发泡的喷涂硬泡配方体系,所得的聚氨酯泡沫制品性能可以达到相关的喷涂行业标准要求。

A new foam stabilizer was developed for the new generation of foaming agent HFO.The data from application evaluation showed that the foam stabilizer developed could be applied for the spray formulation system of HFO-1336mzz(Z)and water mixed foaming,and the foam produced could meet the requirements of the spray PU foam standard.
