摘要
供应链是由诸多上下游企业因利益攸关而构建。供应链的形成和运行具有买方驱动、自发构建、协同作业、持续改进等特点。现如今竞争已从企业之间延伸到企业的供应链之间,主要体现在三个维度,一是供应链运行效率高低;二是供应链的持续优化能力;三是对数据资源的汇聚和利用能力。打造一个服务于采购招标和供应链管理的信息化、数字化系统,其本质是探讨数字化如何赋能供应链管理。深入研究用户的业务场景,对底层架构、技术路径、产品形态以及运行方式进行高度统筹的“顶层设计”。数字化赋能必须聚焦供应链伙伴企业的协同作业,以及可持续发展所依赖的资源,包括供应商资源和数据资源的汇聚和利用。
Supply chain is an integration of stake-holder enterprises brought together through upstream and downstream linkage. The formation and operation of supply chain bear the features of buyer-driven causation,spontaneous participation,collaborative execution,and continuous improvement. Competition that used to go among enterprises now goes on between supply chains in today’s marketplace. Efficiency,sustainability,collection and utilization of digital resources are the three key capabilities that play major roles in the competition. The development of IT or digital system that is supposed to service the management of procurement and tendering is an exploration in essence of digitization enabling digital transformation of supply chain management. The success of it requires thorough investigation of user-centered scenario and highly comprehensive top-level design of underlying architecture,technical path,product form,and operation mechanism. The enabling digital transformation of SCM focuses on the collaboration among participants of the chain as a whole,and on the collection and utilization of digital resources,including that of suppliers.
