《孝经》的道德旨趣:以家庭伦理为视域

The Moral Purport of The Classic of Filial Piety:From the Perspective of Family Ethics

《孝经》是中国文化史上最重要的典籍之一,两千多年来,上至帝王将相,下至黎民百姓,广为传习,影响之大,远及海外。《孝经》顾名思义是讨论孝之原理的,在道德旨趣上属于家庭伦理范畴。但仔细研读又可发现,《孝经》意在以孝劝忠,始于论孝,终于论忠,实质上是将家庭伦理引向了社会伦理、国家伦理,更准确地说,是将社会伦理、国家伦理套牢在了家庭伦理的模板上。本文从家庭伦理的视角来考察《孝经》的道德旨趣。

The Classic of Filial Piety is one of the most important classics in Chinese cultural history.Over the past two thousand years,it has been widely studied by the emperors,generals,ministers and the common people,and has had great influence even outside China.The Classic of Filial Piety,as its name implies,is the book of discussing the principles of filial piety and belongs to category of family ethics in terms of its moral purport.Nevertheless,with careful reading,it can be found that The Classic of Filial Piety meant to persuade loyalty by filial piety,starting from the discussion on filial piety and ending in discussion on loyalty.In essence,The Classic of Filial Piety has led family ethics to social ethics and state ethics.And more accurately,it set social ethics and state ethics on the template of family ethics.This paper intends to examine the moral purport of The Classic of Filial Piety from the perspective of family ethics.
