政治特征对非营利组织高管薪酬业绩敏感性的影响——基于实证分析 被引量:1

The Influence of Political Factors on Executive Pay-performance Sensitivity in Non-profit Organizations(NPOs):Based on Empirical Analysis

摘要 本文以非营利组织高管薪酬与业绩关系为切入点,考察非营利组织高管薪酬业绩敏感性如何因政治因素差异而有所不同,并以2005-2013年中国社会组织网所披露的基金会为研究样本,实证检验政治因素对非营利组织高管薪酬业绩敏感性的影响。研究发现,我国基金会高管薪酬与业绩之间存在较强的敏感性,并且这一现象在无政治关联的基金会、设立基层党组织的基金会中更为明显。进一步研究发现,与非公募基金会相比,公募基金会中高管薪酬与组织业绩敏感性更强,而基金会性质对高管薪酬业绩敏感性影响十分有限。 This paper takes the relationship between executive pay and performance in NPOs as the starting point to investigate how executive pay-performance sensitivity varies with political factors,and based on a sample of the foundation disclosed by China social organizations network from 2005 to 2013,we empirically examine the influence of political factors on executive pay-performance sensitivity in NPOs.It is found that there is a strong sensitivity between executive pay and performance in the China foundation,and this phenomenon is more obvious in foundations without political connections and which have grass-roots party organizations.Further research shows that,compared with non-public foundation,public foundations have higher executive pay-organizational performance sensitivity.The nature of the foundation has very limited impact on executive pay-performance sensitivity.
