摘要
为解决分级旋流器底流夹细的问题,太西洗煤厂对二次清洗型水力旋流器进行了工业试验;通过3因素7水平的均匀实验,探索了底流管直径、给料压力和清洗水压力对旋流器分级效率的影响;最佳工况条件为:底流管直径50 mm,给料压力250 kPa,清洗水压力40 kPa时,水力旋流器的分级效率达到了75.97%,此结果可作为工业生产的首选条件。
In order to solve the problem of fine underflow of classifying cyclone,Taixi Coal Washing Plant did an industrial trial for the secondary cleaning hydraulic classification hydrocyclones;The effect of underflow pipe diameter,feed pressure and cleaning water pressure on the classification efficiency of hydrocyclones was explored through the uniform experiment of 3 factors and 7 levels;the optimum condition is:in the situation of underflow pipe diameter 50 mm,feed pressure 250 kPa,cleaning water pressure 40 kPa,the classification efficiency of hydrocyclones reached 75.97%.This result can be taken as the first choice for factory production.
