摘要
针对目前三嗪类液体脱硫剂没有相关检测标准和评价方法的现状,通过对三嗪脱硫剂有效含量、稳定性和脱硫效率的测试分析,确定了pH、三嗪化合物质量分数、硫容和脱硫率4个评价指标。~1H NMR可对三嗪化合物质量分数进行分析,该方法操作简单,样品用量少,定性鉴定和定量分析可以同步完成;脱硫剂的脱硫效果可通过测定硫容和脱硫率进行评价。测定结果表明三嗪化合物的有效质量分数反映了脱硫剂的脱硫效果,结合硫容和脱硫率可有效控制脱硫剂的质量。
At present,there is no relevant detection standard and evaluation method for triazine liquid desulfurizer.Through the determination of the effective content,stability and desulfurization efficiency of triazine desulfurizer,pH value,concentration of triazine,sulfur capacity and desulfurization rate were determined.The concentration of triazine compounds can be analyzed by^1H NMR spectroscopy.This method is simple to operate,and the amount of sample is small.The desulfurization effect of desulfurizer can be evaluated by measuring sulfur capacity and desulfurization rate.The concentration of triazine compounds reflects the desulfurization effect of desulfurizer.The quality of desulfurizer can be effectively controlled by combining sulfur capacity and desulfurization rate.
