林业社会化服务多元供给满意度与可行性测评——基于湖南省样本县的农户调查

Satisfaction and Feasibility Assessment of Diversified Supply of Forestry Socialization Service: Based on the investigation of forest farmers in the sample counties of Hunan Province

运用SEM方法,从农户视角对林业社会化服务多元供给的满意度与可行性进行分析,林业社会化服务多元供给要通过服务设计机制、选择机制、实现机制、更新机制识别农户对林业社会化服务的差异性需求,科学地确定好供给内容、数量以及方式等,农户需求与供给满意度的对接,强化了林业社会服务多元供给的效果。研究认为:多元合作供给对农户满意度的提高有显著正向影响;基于农户需求的林业社会化服务多元供给具有可行性;基于农户需求的林业社会化服务多元供给满意度与可行性测评的分析框架,在引导农户林业生产行为、完善林业配套政策体系等方面有较好的现实意义,能真正将农户所急需的"资金""技术""信息"等落实到农户的生产生活中去,确保农户能够从林业社会化服务中获益。

This article analyzes the satisfaction and feasibility of the diversified supply of forestry socialized services from the perspective of farmers.The diversified supply of forestry socialized services must identify the differences of farmers’forestry socialized services through service design mechanisms,selection mechanisms,implementation mechanisms,and update mechanisms.Demand scientifically determines the content,quantity and method of supply.The docking of farmers’demand and supply satisfaction strengthens the effect of multiple supplies of forestry social services.This paper uses SEM method analysis to conclude that:multi-cooperative supply has a significant positive impact on the improvement of farmers‘satisfaction;secondly,multi-supply of forestry socialized services based on farmers’needs is feasible.The analysis framework of the satisfaction and feasibility evaluation of the multiple supplies of forestry socialized services based on farmers’needs will have practical significance in guiding farmers’forestry production behaviors and improving the supporting forestry policy system."Funds","technology"and"information"are implemented in the production and life of farmers,ensuring that farmers can benefit from the socialization of forestry services.
