中药与推拿治疗亚健康脑疲劳的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of traditional Chinese medicine and head meridian massage in the treatment of sub-healthy brain fatigue

目的对推拿和中药分别治疗亚健康脑疲劳的疗效进行对比观察。方法将80例亚健康脑疲劳患者随机分为推拿组和中药组,推拿组给予头部经络推拿治疗,每次30 min,每天1次,连续10天为1疗程。中药组给予中药汤剂治疗,每日早晚各1次,连续10天为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察两组脑疲劳症状总评分、各症状评分、工作效率、临床总有效率。结果10天后每组治疗后各项观察指标均较同组治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床总有效率分别为90.0%和92.5%;两组治疗后各项指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿组和中药组治疗亚健康脑疲劳均疗效明显,两组短疗程临床疗效无显著性差异。

Objective:To make a comparative observation on the clinical efficacy of massage and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sub-healthy subjects with brain fatigue.Methods:Eighty cases of sub-healthy brain fatigue were randomly divided into massage group and traditional Chinese medicine group.The massage group was treated with head meridian massage for 30 minutes,once a day,for 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction in the morning and the evening in a day for 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the total scores of brain fatigue symptoms,symptoms,work efficiency and clinical total efficiency of the two groups were observed.Results:After 10 days,the observation indexes of each group were improved compared with those of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rates of the two groups were 90.0%and 92.5%respectively;There was no significant difference in the indexes between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both massage group and traditional Chinese medicine group have obvious curative effect on Sub-healthy brain fatigue,and there is no significant difference between the two groups in a short course of treatment.
