摘要
文章以联合国贸易发展会议(UNCTAD)数据为基础,分别从创意产品和服务贸易两个角度探讨中国文化创意产业贸易发展动态。指出我国文化创意产业贸易不平衡态势显著、创意产品贸易种类相对集中、贸易市场集中度过高、文化创意贸易产业链亟待搭建等问题。提出应该把握文化创意贸易发展面临的要素结构优化、国内外需求规模扩大、贸易发展政策体系构建等方面的良好机遇,通过孵化创意服务贸易发展新动能、丰富创意产品进出口贸易类型、发掘创意产业贸易新兴市场合作潜力、创设数字经济+创意产业多元化运用场景、营造多产业互动发展良好产业生态等措施,促进我国文化创意产业贸易实现高质量发展。
Based on the UNCTAD’s data,this paper analyses China’s cultural and creative industries’trade and development situation from the angles of creative products and service trade.It points out the problems of the industries’imbalanced trade,comparative concentration of product types,highly concentrated markets,and incomplete industrial chain.It proposes that we should seize the opportunities for the development of the creative industries:the structure of the key elements are being optimized,domestic and overseas demand is increasing,and the trade and development policy system is being established.To achieve a high quality development,we should incubate new development dynamics,enrich the type of products for import and export,exploit emerging markets,create digital economy plus creative industry diversified application scenarios and a ecology for different industries to interact and develop.
