基于双重差分模型的土地整治增收效益研究——以通渭县华家岭乡为例

Assessment of Effectiveness of Income Increase Through Land Consolidation Based on DID Model——a Case Study of Huajialing Township,Tongwei County

以通渭县华家岭乡为例,通过抽样调查和实地调查获取数据,运用双重差分模型估计的方法对该地区土地整治实施前后农民生活的影响进行研究。结果表明:(1)农作物种植结构的调整可以增加农作物产量、种植业收入等,土地整治实施通过改变农作物产量、种植业收入,从而达到增收的效益。(2)土地整治实施在农户人均收入、人均种植业收入、农作物产量等方面对农民增收有显著的净增效益。(3)整治村在乡镇的经济发展水平对农民增收净增效益影响显著,即土地整治实施在经济发展水平较好的地方,更有利于帮助农民取得更好的增收效益。在通渭贫困片区大力实施土地整治,能够有效地达到农民增收的效益。

Taking Huajialing township of Tongwei county as an example,this paper studies the changes of farmers’lives before and after the implementation of land consolidation in the region,using DID model and data obtained through sample and field surveys.The results show that:(1)The adjustment of crop planting structure can increase crop yield and income from farming;the implementation of land consolidation can achieve the goal of increasing farmers’income through the increase of crop yield and the income from farming;(2)The implementation of land consolidation has a significant net increase in farmers’per-capita income,per-capita income from farming,and crop yield;(3)The level of economic development in the township has a significant impact on the net increase of farmers’income.That is,in areas with comparatively better economic development,the implementation of land consolidation is more conducive to helping farmers achieve better income-increase benefits.Therefore,in poor areas of Tongwei,vigorous implementation of land consolidation can effectively increase farmers’income.
