磷酸奥司他韦致33例不良反应病例分析

Analysis of 33 cases of adverse reactions caused by oseltamivir phosphate

目的:探讨磷酸奥司他韦所致不良反应(ADR)的临床特征及一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、万方医学网、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),收集2000年1月–2018年6月发表的关于磷酸奥司他韦所致不良反应的个案报道,对患者的基本情况、药物使用情况和ADR临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:共计纳入符合标准的病例33例,不良反应出现时间主要集中在72 h内(30例,90.91%);不良反应可累及多个系统-器官,中枢神经系统(13例,39.39%)发生比例最高,其次为消化系统(7例,21.21%)。结论:临床应用磷酸奥司他韦应严格遵照说明书用药,加强用药监测,以减少不良反应的发生,促进安全合理用药。

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and general rules of the adverse drug reaction(ADR)caused by oseltamivir phosphate,and to provide references for the clinical rational drug use.Methods:Case reports of ADR induced by oseltamivir phosphate from January 2000 to June 2018 were searched and collected from databases including PubMed,CNKI,SinoMed,WANFANG and VIP.Age and gender of the patients,drug use and clinical manifestations of ADR were analyzed.Results:A total of 33 cases were enrolled.The occurrence time of ADR induced by oseltamivir phosphate was mainly within 72 h(30 cases,90.91%).Multiple systems and organs were involved in ADR induced by oseltamivir phosphate,among which the central nervous system(13 cases,39.39%)had the highest incidence,followed by the digestive system(7 cases,21.21%).Conclusion:Oseltamivir phosphate should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and with close monitoring in order to reduce ADR and promote safe and rational drug use.
