行气温中颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱及含量测定研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立行气温中颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、山姜素、甘草酸铵、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚6种成分的质量分数。方法采用Waters UPLC CORTECS T3 C18色谱柱(2.1mm×150 mm,1.6μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%H3PO4水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为0.2 mL/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为2μL,检测波长为254 nm。结果建立了行气温中颗粒的指纹图谱,确定了8个共有峰,指认了芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、山姜素、甘草酸铵、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚6种成分。上述6种成分在相应的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r>0.999,平均加样回收率分别为100.15%、100.24%、99.86%、98.68%、99.60%、99.98%。结论行气温中颗粒UPLC指纹图谱的建立和6个指标成分质量分数测定的方法简便、快速、准确,可为有效评价行气温中颗粒质量提供实验依据。 Objective To establish a UPLC fingerprint of Xingqiwenzhong granules,and to determine the contents of six components of muscarine naringin,hesperidin,alpinetin,ammonium glycyrrhetate,magnolol and honokiol.Methods The separation was performed on the Waters UPLC CORTECS T3 C18column(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.6μm),and acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution in gradient elution as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min with 2μL injection volume,the column temperature was 25°C,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results A fingerprint map of Xingqiwenzhong granules was established,and 8 common peaks were identified.Six components of muscatin,hesperidin,alpinetin,ammonium glycyrrhetate,magnolol,and honokiol were identified.The above six components had a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range,r>0.999,and the average sample recoveries were 100.15%、100.24%、99.86%、98.68%、99.60%、99.98%.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can provide an experimental basis for the effective evaluation of the quality of Xingqiwenzhong granules.
