摘要 在人工影响天气业务中,对作业时效性和准确性的要求逐渐提高。高效及时的人影作业离不开对作业潜力区的精准分析,传统方法是使用PC机、物理机服务器对大量的观测数据进行分析和复杂的模式计算。这种方法投资较大而且计算效率较低,无法适应智慧人影的发展需要。云计算通过虚拟化、云端存储和分布计算等技术,将分布的数据以及分散的计算资源集中起来,允许用户按需申请服务。云计算作为一种高效的低成本计算模式,具有广阔的应用前景。分析了云计算的基本原理、关键技术和人影作业的科学依据、研究方法。利用气象内网,提出将云计算模式引入到人工影响天气业务中,利用气象信息中心物理服务器,构造了云存储平台,将海量的基础观测数据上云统一管理。克服人影业务研究的瓶颈问题,提高人影业务的效益,使得人影业务发挥更大的作用。 The requirement of timeliness and accuracy of the weather modification is gradually increased.Efficient and timely of the weather modification cannot be separated from the precise analysis of the potential area of the cloud.The traditional method is to use PC and physical servers to analyze a large number of observation data and calculate complex models.This method has large investment and low computational efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of the development of intelligent weather modification.Cloud computing allows users to apply for services on demand by centralizing distributed data and distributed computing resources through virtualization,cloud storage and distributed computing technologies.Cloud computing,as an efficient and low-cost computing model,has broad application prospects.The basic principles and key technologies of cloud computing and the scientific basis and research methods of weather modification are analyzed.By using meteorological Intranet,it is proposed that introducing cloud computing model into weather modification business will overcome the bottleneck of weather modification business research.A cloud storage platform is constructed by using the physical servers of the meteorological information center,which unifies the cloud management of massive basic observation data.So it can improve the efficiency of weather modification business,and make it play a greater role.
