摘要
运用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,以及比较分析等方法,以权变理论为基础,对高校体育组织机构的建设与管理进行了深入剖析。研究结果:1)我国高校体育组织机构的结构建设仍处于初级阶段,其结构类型多为“直线型”结构或“直线-职能型”结构,部分高校并没有明确的组织结构体系;2)组织机构的管理跨度过大,组织结构层数设置不合理,多存在于垂直且扁平的组织结构中;3)组织机构内部人力资源的动态优化管理较弱,固定化管理特征强,管理方式有待进一步完善。基于以上研究结果,应从建立创新型组织结构、实行“以人为本”的柔性管理以及加强战略规划与动态调整3个方面探索我国高校体育组织机构建设与管理策略。
Based on the contingency theory,this paper analyzes the construction and management of college sports organizations by using the methods of literature,logical analysis and comparative analysis.The results are as follows,the structure construction of sports organizations in colleges and universities in China is still in the primary stage,most of which are"linear"or"linear-functional"structures,and some universities do not have a clear organizational structure system.Then,the management span of organizations is too large,the number of organizational layers is unreasonable,and most of them exist in the vertical and flat organizational structure organizations.Moreover,the dynamic optimization management of human resources in the organization is weak,the fixed management features are strong,and the management mode needs to be further improved.Based on the above research results,it should explore the construction and management strategies of sports organizations in universities in China from three aspects,the establishment of innovative organizational structure,the implementation of"people-oriented"flexible management,and the strengthening of strategic planning and dynamic adjustment.
