论社会工作专业应用型人才“全过程–进阶式”培养模式——以楚雄师范学院为例

Research on the Whole Process-advanced Training Mode of Applied Talents in Social Work Specialty——Chuxiong Normal University as an Example

创新社会治理要求除了传统的政府部门,社会组织也应承担多方参与、积极响应的角色。为实现其角色和使命,专业的社会治理人才,尤其是社会工作专业人才,必不可少。[1]尽管目前全国许多高校开设了社会工作专业,每年培养出数以万计的“专业人员”,但社会仍有对社会工作专业人才的渴求。要真正培养出满足地方社会经济发展需要的社会工作专业人才,地方高校对内应进一步明确定位,与本地社会经济发展相结合,及时制定调整应用型人才培养方案,构建社会工作专业“全过程–进阶式”培养模式,真正实现应用转型发展。

Social organizations shall be responsible for taking multiply-party participation and providing positive responses to the innovation of social governance in accordance with applicable requirements.It’s essential for such organizations to have the professional talents who can contribute to the social governance to fulfill their duties and achieve their missions.The demand for talents with social work related education or experience is urgent,although Social Work Program has been offered by many higher education institutions which have cultivated tens of thousands of professionals.In order to offer social work professionals who meet the needs of local social and economic development,local universities should further define their internal position in conjunction with local social and economic development,formulate and adjust the training scheme of applied talents in time,construct the whole process-advanced training mode of social work specialty,and truly realize the development of application transformation.
