以漳州市辖区在校大学生为代表,分析常见电信网络诈骗犯罪侵害大学生的现状和类型,并为平安校园建设提出开展防骗教育,提升防骗能力;普及金融知识,规范金融行为;普及通信知识,规范通认行为等治理对策。

The paper analyzes the current situation,infringement modes of common telecommunication and internet fraud crimes by taking college students in Zhangzhou as research subjects.It then puts forward countermeasures for the construction of safe campus:to carry out anti-fraud education,to improve anti-fraud ability,to popularize financial knowledge,to standardize financial behavior and to popularize communication knowledge.
