The industrial new town planning based on the revitalization of the site is an inevitable law of urban development.The research in this field has important practical significance and plays an important role in solving the contradiction between reality and history,and between culture and economy.The research in this paper takes the concept planning around Tianjin Huali Automobile Factory as an example.The key point is to explore the industrial new town planning strategy under the concept of revitalization of the site through the planning of Tianjin Huali Automobile Factory and guide the planning of industrial new towns in a wider area.
