摘要
新形势对食品工业技术人才的培养提出了更高的要求.文章分析了食品科学与工程专业实践教学的不足,结合新工科人才培养的要求,针对ISEC项目实践教学提出了几点建议,以期提高学生学习主动性,培养学生的工程意识、团队精神、创新能力以及综合运用所学知识解决复杂食品工程问题的能力,培养与国际接轨的食品科学与工程专业人才.
To cultivate international food science and engineering professional talents,some suggestions focused on ISEC project are provided. The goal is to could improve multiple abilities of students such as learning initiative,cultivate students,engineering consciousness,team spirit,innovation and ability to apply knowledge to solve complex food engineering problems. These were carried out after re-thinking insufficient food science and engineering practical teaching as well as combining with the demands of new engineering talent cultivation.
