一个场景化进阶式学习评测系统设计与实现

摘要 针对当前企业培训系统存在着使用率低,培训效果不理想的问题,本文设计并开发了一款基于场景化的企业员工进阶培训系统。该系统为企业提供一个多样化的进阶培训模板,企业可以将员工入职后需要做的必要工作场景和需要学习的相关知识分阶段穿插到进阶培训系统中。让员工既能循序渐进的学到企业要求员工掌握的专业知识,也能让员工自发的去做一些场景化的工作内容,在实践中强化培训效果,大大提高培训资源的利用率和培训效率。 Aiming at the problems of low utilization rate and unsatisfactory training effect in current enterprise training system, this paper designs and develops a scene-based enterprise staff advanced training system. The system provides a diversified advanced training template for enterprises. Enterprises can interpolate the necessary work scenarios and related knowledge to be learned into the advanced training system in stages. Let the staff not only gradually learn the professional knowledge that the enterprise requires the staff to master, but also let the staff spontaneously do some scene work content, strengthen the training effect in practice, greatly improve the utilization rate of training resources and training efficiency.
