摘要 健康监测是以机械学和信息论为依托,多学科融合的技术。本文将健康监测的内涵外延与特种设备行业相结合,研究了当前特种设备健康监测技术的应用架构,分析了关键支撑技术的研究和应用现状,结合特种设备安全管理的要求,提出了未来以物联网、大数据、云服务、人工智能等先进技术融合的特种设备健康监测技术和应用特点,强调从独立样本到关联融合分析、从微观数据采集到宏观数据挖掘的发展趋势。 Health monitoring is a multidisciplinary technology based on mechanics and information theory. Through the application of the connotation extension of health monitoring to the special equipment industry, the application structure of current special equipment health monitoring technology is studied, and the research and application status of key supporting technologies are analyzed. Based on the above researches and the requirements of safety management, the fusion development trend of Internet of Things, big data, cloud services, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies with special equipment industry is put forward. The technology and application trends show that the health monitoring of special equipment will change the industry mode from independent samples to related fusion analysis and from micro data collection to macro data mining.
