视频教育结合回授法在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者腰背肌功能锻炼中的应用

Application of video education combined with feedback method in function exercise for lumbar spinal cord muscle of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨视频教育结合回授法在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者腰背肌功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症手术患者70例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规干预,试验组采用视频教育结合回授法干预。比较两组术后功能锻炼依从性及生活质量评分。结果试验组术后功能锻炼依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组生理、心理、社会及环境评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症术后患者腰背肌功能锻炼中应用视频教育结合回授法,可提高患者功能锻炼的依从性及术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of video education combined with feedback method in function exercise for lumbar spinal cord muscle of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was given routine intervention.The test group was given video education combined with feedback method intervention.Postoperative functional exercise compliance and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative functional exercise compliance in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physical,psychological,social and environmental scores of the test group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video education combined with feedback in function exercise for lumbar spinal cord muscle of patients with lumbar disc herniation could improve patients'compliance with functional exercise and postoperative quality of life.
