早期护理防范干预对腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者术后恢复及生存状况的影响

Effect of early nursing prevention intervention for postoperative recovery and survival status of patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery

目的探讨早期护理防范干预对腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者术后恢复及生存状况的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的102例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期护理防范干预。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况及生存状况。结果观察组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、排便时间、首次下床时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者情绪状况、疼痛控制、肢体状态及总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期护理防范干预在腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者中的应用,可加快其术后恢复速度,改善生存状况,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing prevention intervention for postoperative recovery and survival status of patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods To select 102 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group was given early nursing prevention intervention on the basis of the control group.Postoperative recovery and survival status were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first anal exhaust,time of defecation,time of first getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were higher than the control group in terms of emotional status,pain control,limb status and overall health score(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early nursing preventive intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery could speed up their postoperative recovery and improve their survival status,which was worth popularizing and applying.
